You lucky girl! Have a wonderful time. My favorite cities of all time: Paris (of course), Florence, and Amsterdam.

Enjoy yourself. Be safe and eat up!

I LOVED Vienna! I’m a music nerd, so I thought all the Mozart stuff was grand. Go to St. Stephen’s– there’s CATACOMBS! And if I remember correctly, a vegan restaurant close by. Can’t remember the name off the top of my head, but I’ll write when I think of it.

    I’m so jealous!

I hope you have a great trip and I know you are going to be busy when you get back, but you have to check out the cover story in the October Runner’s World written by Mark Bittman. It is a great article on a plant based diet coming from a celebrity chef and runner. I think that is where I first found out about Almost Vegan blog, is from a comment on a Runner’s World post about vegan/vegetarian diets and running…thought you would want to know about that article.
