I remember hearing about these a while back and really liked the idea. I like The Mix Up Your Day trail mix but might add in some dates/walnuts.

My Bar was a cashew butter and Organic Date base with added Cashews, Chia seeds, Goji berries, honey and cacao nibs…mmmmm. I love the fact that they show you the nutritional stats of your creation as you add on 🙂

Oh, that site is fun! I created a pumpkin cookie with 65% cacao chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and dried cherries, cinnamon, and ginger.

Very cool! I've seen this a couple of times before, but never heard about how the resulting creations tasted. Thanks for the review!

OMG…that all looks so good! I love your pictures! I went to the site and I love how you can make your own bar! Mine would definitely have dates, cashew butter, almonds, cherries, flaxseed, and a bunch of other stuff! 🙂 Yum!

Also, you've been on my blog roll since I first became aware of your magnificent existence. 🙂

i have had you bars before and they are awesome! i liked the honey cashew one (yes there is whey in it so not vegan) but the dark choc one that’s just dates and cocoa powder…that one ROCKS!

Just discovered your blog after doing some vegetarian/vegan recipe searching– never seen youbar before but it looks super cool.

I played around with the cereal and came up with a otios base with banana chips, almonds, cashews, and crystallized ginger. I love the idea of the harder crunch of the nuts with the softer banana chip crunch and the slightly squishier ginger (after some vege-sushi today, ginger sounded incredibly appealing…)

    Very cool 🙂
