Looks delicious! Makes me miss Fort Bragg too! I even remember those carob energy chunks VERY WELL!

Oh my, what a tease with all those yummy looking ‘dishes’….I’m looking forward to your recipe book! (I know you’re busy, no need to answer! J )

Aha–a new commenting system! I like it.

You had Rick and Karin Dina on your faculty! I haven’t seen them since I lived in CA–way cool.

We’re going to OR again next week–Phil’s niece is getting married.
I hope you enjoy some home time soon! To recreate some of those recipes if nothing else!
    love

So jealous of all your delicious and exciting travels! I haven’t gone any where since last summer, and I can’t say I really enjoyed that [family] trip… Looking forward to hitting Portland again for Vegan Vida in August, though!

    Looks like a sweet time.

Yes I have some trips in store for me this summer. Nothing too fun culinary-wise though.

So wait, let me get this straight… you opted for blondie balls? To pop in your mouth to sustain you? Yeah, I’ve heard that one before. 😉

I just went to Melbourne last weekend, and it was amazing! In two weekend I’m off for my gospel tour, but I’m dreading it. It’s freezing winter here, and apparently our cheap-ass hotel doesn’t have heater. Alcohol blanket ahead!

I would love to be able to go to the Living Light Institute or there is one in my own state Creative health Institute….but I have 2 young kids and I am a stay at home mom so I can’t leave to go anywhere!!!! LOL One day when my kids are older I will finally try to get some food certifications!!!

Yum! Whole Foods has those carob spirulina bites too and I love them.

Hey Amber! I love your Living Light updates; thanks for sharing. I want to go there and to 105 degrees!

I’m traveling to Thailand next Wednesday for a 7 week adventure. I’ll be exploring the food, hanging out with other vegans and raw foodies, and eating a lot of fresh fruit and Thai coconuts! I’ll be taking spirulina bites with my on the plane ride : )

‎*sniffles* I’ll miss your posts from there 😉 That raspberry crumble & chia pudding look awesome (I love anything chia). Lucky girl, I’m sure you’ll go back soon enough! ♥

My last trip was to Orange County, CA in April for David Wolfe’s Longevity Conference…it was my first time and it was gorgeous!

You looked like you had an amazing time. I am really thinking about the Raw Food Nutrition Educator program.

I REALLY want to make that raw stacked apple pie… I’m new to raw dishes and your classmate Mari is helping me. Do you have a recipe that I could follow to make something like that?? Thanks! I think you’re great! 😀 Dawn
