I would like to eat every single thing you did! I’m looking forward to going to a Pearl Jam concert/camping on Saturday!! I just made some vegan watermelon jello shots I’m bringing along for the festivities!

it’s great to see different pics of the conf events. I’m so bummed that I didn’t pick up some uptons seitan to go. hopefully they will be at vida con 2013. I did have a Sweetpea danish that night.

Oh my, all that food looks amazing. And I seriously need that seitan-eggplant-aioli-focaccia sandwich! Sounds right up my alley. As far as weekend plans, I’m going on a Boulevard tour this weekend–looking forward to sampling lots of vegan beer πŸ™‚

Cute pictures! Love the wine’d ones. πŸ˜‰ Looks like you had a blast (and yes, super cute dress!). Food looks great and of course the “ice cream” is delicious looking!

That sundae bar–vegan dreams… Your dress is superb, especially for that kind of event.

I may have to escape and visit that vegan strip mall next time I’m down in OR. Family visits are always just so busy…

Trust you to choose the naked ice cream.

P.S. As someone who’s been microwaving peanut butter and marshmallows together lately, that sundae looks amazing!

P.P.S My weekend was supposed to be super fun but has been derailed by the fact that my grandpa is still in hospital, my grandma has a fractured hip and will be getting her hip replaced next week, and my other grandma fell and broke her nose and is in hospital too. Yes.

Seeing all your photos makes me laugh at the people who say that ‘vegan food isn’t good’ because this all looks so amazingly delicious!

i think vegan dishes are way more flavoful than the real deal. Like that BBQ and Ice cream sundae. Hot dang!

purple cauliflower hummus??? That is absolutely B-E-A-UTIFUL!

All of those eats look amazing…Especially the pizza! I just can’t seem to get enough pizza!

I have my last long run scheduled for tomorrow (20 or 21 km…preferably 21) before my half marathon next Sunday….Harry Potter marathon….Baking, cooking, laundry…The usual!

looks like you had so much fun! I love all the pics! I’ve heard from a couple of bloggers about what a blast this conference was and I wish so badly I could have gone. What a blast! I heard they have one in the spring too.
That almond milk yogurt sounds fab. I just discovered the coconut milk variety and it’s amazing. I think non-dairy yogurts are really going to take over the scene these next couple years.
