I’m so excited for this book! I love experimenting with raw foods, but I don’t have a dehydrator. Thanks for thinking of people like me =)

  2. Megan @ The Detoxinista

Now I’m even more excited for your book!

White Chocolate Coconut Fudge Bites, please. 🙂

  3. Noelle (@singerinkitchen)

I am SO hungry and seeing all these pictures made me hungrier. I think I am torn between the sopes and the fudge… Lovely book Amber!! It looks fantastic.

  4. Karen

mouth is watering – can’t wait to return from my vacation in KC to have this waiting for me at home – Apple Pie Oatmeal looks delightful 🙂

  5. hungryvegantraveler

Share whatever recipe doesn’t require any fancy machinery! (And I hope that means the white chocolate coconut fudge bites!)

  6. Christy Morgan

I’m drooling!!! Post the white chocolate fudge bites please!

  7. Averie @ Love Veggies and Yoga

White Chocolate Coconut Fudge Bites all the way!!! 🙂

Congrats, Amber, all your hard work is coming to life!

  8. India-leigh

Congratulations. Oh you must me thrilled. It doesn’t seem like five minutes since your ‘i’m writing a cookbook’ announcement! So happy for you. will you be doing a book tour?

  9. nextsubject

My vote is for Apple Pie Oatmeal! I’m getting ready for my daily oatmeal now and my mouth is watering just thinking about this recipe! I can’t wait for your book!

  10. Katie M.

It’s hard to choose! But because I have a sweet tooth I’m going with the Apple Pie Oats too!

  11. Tamara Lukie

    WoW, these look AMAZING!!!!
Can’t just pick one, love the Kale chips & the cluster of nuts!
    drooling over here!!!

  12. Trish

The photography looks stunning! Very professional. I am excited for this book as I am like so many others…no super powered blender (although I spotted Ninjas at Wal-Mart, yay!!) and no dehydrator. I had access to these things at work (highlight the word HAD…long story, you can e-mail me privately about this if you want to hear some funny, but actually sad, stores…), but not at home.
I’m going for the apple pie oatmeal, ‘though I have a feeling folks are gunning for the fudge. 😉 Which, I would be inclined to lean toward that, but I also love apple pie AND oatmeal and would to have another variation of this breakfast treat in my collection.
    Trish xx

I vote for Sopes con Mole Poblano. Beautiful photos and very interesting content 🙂

  14. bitt

Love hearing more about the book. Glad to see more green this time around, I noticed it was not as apparent in the last round up. Good to know there’s a whole chapter on salads even though it’s not your fave.

Sopas are some of my favorite nonraw things! If the raw ones still have corn, they are still out for me right now, but I’d be curious about any of the recipes, whichever you feel comfortable posting. My mouth is watering at all this delicious food!

  15. bitt

oops didn’t see the oatmeal, I guess anything BUT oatmeal, no grain recipes please! thanks.

  16. Angela

They all look and sound great but the white chocolate coconut fudge bites really stand out!

  17. A Tablespoon of Liz

Everything in your book looks so amazing! I’ve always been really interested in raw foods, but have been kind of intimidated to try them, so I’m excited to get your book, it seems like it makes things easy! And I definitly want to see the recipe for those fudge bites, they look delicious!

  18. Rachael

i’d like to see the deconstructed sushi bowl recipe! looks great!

  19. Rachael

also, does your book use the dehydrator a lot? mine doesnt work very well, and i’m not currently in the market to buy one, but i’d loved recipes that dont need a dehydrator.

  20. Alayna @ Thyme Bombe

The pictures are so beautiful and the types of recipes all sound very approachable for even non-raw eaters. I can tell you put a lot of thought into making this accesible for many different palates and diets. I’m really interested to hear what you used for the rice in your deconstructed sushi bowl, is it soaked rice or a vegetable? Awesome job and I can’t wait for the official release!

  21. Bianca- Vegan Crunk

An entire chapter on kale chips?! Holy shit! I cannot wait for this book!!!

  22. Sue Barbieri

Would like a Kindle version of the book thanks!

  23. .

I wish I could buy this book. Unfortunately it probably would never be translated to my native language and I’ll have to order it from abroad 🙁
    greetings from my non-raw country!

  24. Tracy

White Chocolate Coconut Fudge Bites! Love anything fudge related 🙂

  25. Jenné @ Sweet Potato Soul

You go girl! I want to try that taco nut-meat. I work at Pure Food and Wine, and honestly, the taco meat from the tortilla wraps and taco salad, is one of my top 5 favorite things at the restaurant!
The sopes also look fantastic. I’d love to see the recipe for that this week!

  26. Megan

Sopes! I think there’s enough of an overload of raw dessert recipes on the internet, so more savoury options are always welcome. 🙂

  27. Tara

Apple pie oatmeal, please!! I’m really excited about your book. It comes out at the most perfect time for me, as I’m looking to incorporate more raw foods into my diet. Could you recommend a reasonably priced dehydrator for someone new to raw foods? I’d really appreciate it–thanks!! : )

  28. Hannah

I am so proud of you right now that I fear my heart may burst out of my chest. xoxo

    P.S. Fudge, of course! 😛

  29. Colleen

I’m voting for the fudge bites…woot woot!

  30. Hillary

I’m so excited for this! My vote goes for the sopes, because that’s not something you see every day (and you know my opinion on white “chocolate”). 😉 Not that I suppose my vote matters, since I already pre-ordered and will have ALL these recipes at my disposal within a month!

  31. Mara

    Sopes con Mole Poblano!!

Very excited about the book – looks great!

  32. Ellen

Ok….so NOT fair, posting that photo of the chocolate smoothie! But I guess I would pick the apple pie oatmeal, as a consolation prize!

  33. Maria Kranker

    Hi Amber
Big congratulations on your new cook book; I cant wait to get my hands on it!! I have been a “silent” reader for quite some time, so thought it might be about time I said hello. Love your posts and recipes!
Now, I definitely think you should share the White Chocolate Coconut Fudge Bites with us…. – even though all the choices looks delicious! ( hey..if we beg hard enough, maybe you will share two of your masterpieces…? :-))

  34. Tanya

Deconstructed sushi please!!! Though it seems the oatmeal and fudge bites are winning out. I think you’re gonna have one over on a lot of other cookbooks because your photos are amazing and that really gets people to pull a cookbook off the shelf. Good for you 🙂

  35. Pam

I’m voting for Sopes con Mole Poblano only because it’s something different. It would be perfect for Lent. My husband is still a meat eater. He is willing to eat meatless once a week. Lent starts this week and this would be perfect. Can’t wait for your cookbook. Only 23 days!!!

  36. modernvegan

    B, please!

  37. Sondi

I’m curious about the Sopes con Mole Poblano, because I’ve never had that before – but they all look good! Congrats on the cookbook, your recipes look amazing.

  38. veganhomemade

I love that you have entire chapters dedicated to kale chips and hummus! Everything listed sounds delicious.

  39. Elaine

mmmm, definitely the white chocolate coconut fudge bites!
Congratulations on your book 🙂 it sounds pretty amazing :]

  40. marycrouch

Ooh! Apple pie oatmeal! I’m intrigued by the idea of how to make raw oatmeal for breakfast…

I can’t wait to see the entire book, really! Now you’ve got me all excited for the biscuits and sausage gravy–probably my favorite breakfast food of all time!…

  41. Michelle {The Lively Kitchen}

Hard to choose, but I’d go with the oatmeal. What I really want is the taco meat filling. Guess I’ll have to buy the book. 🙂 There are worse fates.

  42. alexia

raspberry lemon mousse tarts!! mmmm…they all sound amzaing, though.

  43. Meg

Cant wait! Recently purchased a dehydrator and I need more recipes!
Would love to know the recipe for the apple pie oatmeal!

  44. Jenn's Adventures

Oh my gosh Amber — all of these beautiful photos are making me droooooooool!!! I want it all:) Especially Chapter 6: Kale Chips — an entire chapter of kale chip recipes? YES PLEASE:)

  45. Heather

Amber the book tease is great – really got my mouth watering! I’d like the white chocolate coconut fudge recipe… that sounds gooood!!! 🙂

  46. Veggie V! @ Veggie V's Vegan Adventure

A little behind w my blog reading but had to weigh in. If youre still taking votes, white chocolate coconut fudge gets mine.

Im psyched about a whole chapter on kale chips. Woohoo! Cant wait 🙂

  47. shannonmarie (rawdorable)

The countdown is definitely on. I’ll have to put your book on my wish list. My birthday is in April, and this would be a practically rawesome (okay, so it is rawesome) gift to receive. Gotta hint to my hubby.

I’m loving the names of your smoothies, and all the different categories of meals you’ve covered. I want to see that Biscuits and Sausage Gravy recipes, but since you’ve narrowed the choices down to just four, I think I’ll pick the sopes.

  48. rawkinmom

    everything looks fabulous!!!!! CONGRATS!!!

  49. Good Girl Gone Green

I am so hungry now! Looking forward to the raw nut taco meat…..Mmmmm

  50. Bobbie {the vegan crew}

::drool:: Everything looks so delicious! I can’t wait to get my copy.

PS. Even if the cookbook started and ended with Chapter 7, I would so be sold 🙂

  51. Linda

Congratulations on your new book, the pictures are sensational. If I could pick any recipe, I would pick the TACO NUT MEAT, but since I can’t I choose the White Chocolate Coconut Fudge Bites. My mouth started watering when I seen the pictures!

  52. Michelle

The book looks so lovely! I can’t wait to get it!
Is there nutritional information with each recipe, as it is on your blog?

  53. hihorosie

I need to get my copy! Looks beautiful and mouth-watering. WTG, Amber! I wish you all the best with your first book and many more! 🙂
