that’s gotta be SO EXCITING for you to see your recipes, via pictures, made in other people’s kitchens. I truly love it, more than anything, if someone makes a recipe of mine and blogs about it with their own photos…it’s the best thing ever to see it come alive in someone else’s world and hear what they thought about it!

Wow! I love that kale chip buffet! What a great idea! I bet her dehydrator was running for days!! πŸ™‚

    And that brunch! Wow!

P.S. I’m eating some of those sour cream and onion kale chips at my desk right now.

I definitely need to get my hands on a copy soon! Everything looks great. I’m bummed that we’re booked all weekend and I can’t make it to the book signing on Saturday, but I’m counting on there being more in the future… ::crosses fingers::

So awesome! I just got your book and it is so lovely and so packed with amazing high quality recipes. While all of the pics above do look good, I’m most excited about trying some of the sweets, particularly the cinnamon crumble coffe cake. I’ll let you know how it turns out!

The KALE CHIPS!!!Oh, how I want to try the kale chips:-) The major downside of living in this part of the world is that you canΒ΄t get kale here….BUT, I will make sure to smuggle some back with me from the States – along with your book of course – … then make my own huge kale chips buffet and send you pictures :-))

      – I can feel it already…just know that I will love all your kale chips recipes…

    Hey Amber!
I just went to the post office and picked up my cookbook this morning. Can’t wait to work on making some of those kale chips! yum! Including the “insane” chocolate kale chips. I almost wish I wasn’t heading out all weekend on a retreat because I will have to wait to get started until next week.

I also bought a jar of TJ’s coconut oil which I’ve been using to cook a new purchase for me, Morningstar black bean burgers.

FYI: Last time, I’ve been trying to post this since noon Thursday.

Oh wow! I’m pretty jealous of that brunch spread! Love the italian-themed lunch, too! I regret that I did not make a feast tonight but I did make my first raw dessert ever: the five minute blondies. They were sooo good! Amber, I know people tell you thIs a lot but “my non-vegan, non-raw husband loved them.” Seriously, I made them single-serving style and he made me make him another. I happily obliged, loving that he is loving raw foods. These really tasted like blondies and were a very satisfying dessert. They really do take only five minutes to make. Everyone should try these!

Oh darling, I meant to DM you on Twitter about your latest wedding post, as I read it at work but my phone wouldn’t let me comment. So thrilled that things are progressing, and am hoping very muchly that this means you’re feeling less stress/overwhelmed about it. Also, do let me know if that interview becomes streamable at some point?

Gorgeous looking food, of course. I’ll have to try the biscuits and gravy one day, if only because I’ve never had nor wanted the real version so the idea of a raw vegan version is highly entertaining.

I want to try all of it! The salad sprinkles have me intrigued. As luck would have it, I ordered your book last night! Thank you for the congratulations.

Oh yum! I need to remember to take some photos the next time I make something from your book. I haven’t been good at remembering that lately. Oops πŸ™‚

Wow Amber, I can’t wait to order your book this looks perfectly delicious, especially the deconstructed sushi bowl yum!

I’m new to raw foods (well, to making other things than salad) and I read the preview on amazon yesterday, i love how you offer different options when people don’t have fancy equipment. I personally have a dehydrator, but when I didn’t, I wish i had this book!

Hi, I am from Spain and getting into more raw food and I saw your blog and your book and I bought it on Amazon. I’m reading it at the moment and look forward to start your recipes. Thanks.
